Children in Need Day
This year is a Super Hero theme and children are welcome to come dressed as Super Heroes, or in non-uniform, for a minimum donation of 50p. There will be a very special visitor to school on this day. Donations of cakes for a cake sale ran by our Fundraising Team would also be greatly appreciated.
There will also be a very special visitor!
Message for parents/carers
Dear parents/carers
Can I take the opportunity to update you on the letter, sent yesterday, regarding an alleged incident in North Shields.
Northumbria Police have confirmed they have carried out enquiries into the incident that was reported to have taken place in Waterville Road, at approximately 8am yesterday where a child alleged that a man grabbed her arm.
The child has now said she was mistaken.
Officers are satisfied this reported incident in North Shields did not take place and want to reassure parents that their children are not at risk.
Kind Regards
Jean Griffiths
